2.SPC Engineered Wood Flooring has better feature to resistant moisture than solid hardwood as SPC base is 100% waterproof;Also does not warps and deforms easily when it with real wood or bamboo veneer. 

Fire resistant
3. Fire resistant: fire grade can reach B1 level, can leave the fire is extinguished.
